Solution
WAFER-ULT~R10 board versions are used BIOS versions from B279AR1x.
WAFER-ULT~R11 and WAFER-ULT2 board versions are using BIOS versions from B336AR1x.

IEI released PCN (product change notice) about this changes for IEI-partner reference.
